Pagan’s Book Nook is a U.S.-based online shop offering bookish apparel, journals, totes, accessories, and reader-inspired merchandise. Our store is powered through Shopify.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We do our best to accurately display product colors, designs, and details. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and device displays.
Many items are made through print-on-demand production, which means products are created after an order is placed. Because of this, production and shipping times may vary.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products at any time
- Limit quantities purchased
- Refuse or cancel orders when necessary
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible. If this happens, customers may still request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, Pagan’s Book Nook ships within the United States only.
Estimated processing times:
- Apparel & totes: 3–7 business days
- Journals & accessories: 3–5 business days
- Preorders: timelines will be listed on individual product pages
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
Orders may occasionally arrive in separate shipments depending on production partners and inventory locations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your order.
FULL REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item:
- Is unused
- Is in new condition
- Has original tags attached
STORE CREDIT
Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for store credit or exchange if the item:
- Is unused
- Is in new condition
- Has original tags attached
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Custom or personalized products are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
BLIND DATE WITH A BOOK PRODUCTS
Blind Date With a Book products are final sale.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We may offer:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Store credit
Return shipping for approved returns and exchanges is covered by Pagan’s Book Nook.
